Edmonton, Alberta – August 28, 2018 – Timewise Event Management, producer of GO WEST, has announced the signing of a formal agreement with BizBash. This agreement will form a high-level partnership to expand the reach of GO WEST 2019 across Canada and into the USA. GO WEST 2019 will be held in Edmonton, Alberta on January 21-22, 2019. Over 500 event professionals are expected to converge in Edmonton for two days of educational sessions, experiential workshops, social events and an 80 booth exhibition.

This partnership will see BizBash play an integral role in the success of GO WEST 2019. Their CEO and Founder, David Adler will travel from New York to engage with attendees throughout the program, including a much-anticipated keynote presentation. They will be working with Timewise to build a marketing program to reach event professionals across Canada and into the USA.

The first annual GO WEST 2018 sold out and attracted 380 event professionals, of which more than 200 were meeting and event planners. “We were elated, but not surprised, at how well this initiative was received in our events community,” says Schilke. GO WEST drew attention for its innovative thinking which included Edmonton Tourism hosting a summer-themed reception in a 60’ dome tent in -15°C (5°F) outside temperatures.
